A Sr. Manager responsible for P&L of the accounts and ensure increase in wallet share of the company
Creating an opportunity pipeline that is 3X to 5X of expected billing in the financial year (depending on revenue conversion potential within the financial year)

Ability to understand the Strategic positioning of Infra sales and able to translate it in the job
Strong team player at ease with both Senior Management and Customers, with ability to engage multi-level relationships (sales, BusOps, SalesOps, other BU's)

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Business, process definition, and escalation management.
Experience working with an international client base and with remote and virtual teams is preferred.
Provide sales strategy and leadership to the sales team focused on Indian Market
Should have been front ending sales for the last 3 years with similar top line revenue accountability in named accounts or hunting
Experience in IT Infra services context critical. Product company experience or captive / shared services experience would help.
Setting up and meeting Sales targets, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Exposure in creating go to market strategies.
Knowledge of LAN-WAN, routers, switches, high end infrastructure setup, datacenters etc.
Know how of SDWAN will be an added advantage.
Should have managed a revenue of INR 10-15 CRORES, and ability to close large deals with corporates, and government agencies
