The areas of responsibilities/skills for the Technical Recruiter include:
1. Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s).
2. Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills. Learn and evaluate your technical skills
3. Identifying Sourcing and uncovering candidates
4. Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
5. Calling the candidates over phone to assess their qualifications
6. Following up with the candidates for the interviews.
7. Building good rapo or connection with the candidates from the starting of the conversation.
8. Submission of quality Cvs to the client based on the requirement.
9. Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
