Position Name: Business Development Manager IMBC (International Marketing Brand
Experience: 8+ years
Education: Any Graduate // MBA will be a plus

Excellent communication
Should have worked for mid-scale IT companies only
Should have Experience in Selling Digital Marketing services and Ecommerce Solution selling experience in US, Canada, UK & North European markets
Should be stable with one organization more than 2 years at least
Should have prior experience working for North American / Canadian / European market

Working Hours: 6.30 p.m. to 3.30 a.m. (Timings shall be adjusted as per Daylight Savings Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for Business Development Manager with 7+ years experience & able to work
independently with excellent communication skills
Should have Experience in Selling Digital Marketing services in US, Canada, UK & North
European markets to ISVs
Should have Experience in Ecommerce Solution selling like Magento Enterprise etc.
Should have Experience in selling Advanced CMS Solution like Kentico etc. to mid-Sized
companies in US, Canada and European Markets.
Had generated Annual Revenue of 50 million USD to 300 million USD.
Independently responsible for Business Development activities, Business growth, Pipeline
generation, Market analysis and Revenue generation
Responsible for lead generation, prospect identification and prospect engagement,
requirement gathering, creating winning proposals and pricing negotiations
Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and
management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team
Proficiently having Knowledge of use of search engines and business databases such as Hoovers
and other web business directories and identify contacts and leads.
Has experience in Strategic Market Planning, including Business plan & Sales Strategy
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify
and obtain sales and business development opportunities
Preparing proposals, presentations, value propositions for corporate meetings
Involved into end to end sales cycle and responsible for closure
Focus areas: mid to large-sized companies from Retail, Supply Chain ,Healthcare Domain, Digital
Marketing /web application and IT Industries
Has a competitive approach for winning business and leading team to manage accounts from a
strategic and tactical perspective
Effectively and efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new relationships,
working closely with Technical Team to attain company objectives
